Content components The Victorian Government has introduced a new planning approval pathway to encourage well-designed apartment and townhouse proposals.To qualify for this approval pathway, the development must meet the criteria:2 to 8 storeys highprovide at least 8 homesshow how the design principles have been met.The Minister for Planning will be the ultimate decision-maker for ‘great design’ applications.
