Content components Implementation completed The recommendations of the Balwyn and Balwyn North Heritage Peer Review Stage 3 Methodology Report (GML Heritage, July 2024) and the Sanders House (former), 25 Burroughs Road, Balwyn Heritage Citation (Built Heritage, July 2024) to apply the Heritage Overlay to 17 individual heritage places in Balwyn and Balwyn North on a permanent basis were implemented into the Boroondara Planning Scheme as part of Amendment C398.
