Walking meditation is a gentle practice that combines mindful movement with the natural rhythm of walking.
This outdoor session will help you slow down, focus on your breath and reconnect with the present moment. It's a simple yet powerful way to reduce stress, clear the mind and restore balance.
Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.
For adults aged 18 years and over.
The session will be led by Tracie, an experienced wellbeing facilitator from the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities.
