This event is specifically designed by and for Autistic young people aged 15 to 25
Whether you're into trains, animals, space, gaming, history or anything else – bring your passion and be part of a trivia night that celebrates what makes your interests unique.
Play solo or in a team or just come to watch, whatever feels right for you. There’s no pressure to be loud or fast.
Enjoy free slushies and popcorn, sensory-friendly lighting, headphones, quiet spaces and plenty of breaks.
This is a safe, inclusive event that celebrates your unique interests. Wear something comfy and enjoy a night of fun, facts and connection.
The event will take place at Chandelier Room, Hawthorn Arts Centre.

Who is this event for?
This event is for Autistic young people aged 15 to 25. It was co-designed in workshops with Autistic young people.
You’re welcome to bring a support person, parent or ally if it will help you feel more comfortable.
Can I bring food and drink to the event?
We’ll provide free snacks, popcorn, and slushies throughout the night.
Unfortunately, bringing food from home isn’t possible but you’re very welcome to bring your own water bottle.
This is an alcohol-free event.
How is the event designed to be accessible?
We’ve designed the night with a wide range of access needs in mind, especially for Autistic young people. You can expect:
- sensory-friendly lighting
- headphones available
- quiet spaces
- a wheelchair accessible venue
- fidgets and sensory tools
- clear, simple instructions
- no pressure to talk or participate
- lots of breaks.
Do I have to act or behave a certain way?
Not at all. You’re encouraged to come as you are. We welcome different ways of being, communicating and participating.
Will I be put on the spot to speak?
No. You can speak only if you want to. There’s no pressure to perform or answer anything out loud.
Will I know what to expect beforehand?
Yes! One week prior, we’ll provide clear information about the event so you know what the space, format and vibe will be like.
