Come and try one of our female-focused classes during Women’s Health Week to say yes to you.
We have the following classes on offer:
- Pilates
- Strength training -very popular and subject to availability
- Ageless Grace class - fitness for the brain and body
- Women’s Reflection Circle - a discussion/support group.
Just let us know by email which classes you’d like to join. We’ll book you in and email you the details.
