No experience is needed. All materials are supplied. You can use prompts and templates provided or create your own page in your own style. Bring a favourite natural item if you wish.
About the presenter
Dr Kathleen Bagot is a nature journaling educator, mindfulness facilitator and Parks Victoria licensed tour operator. With a PhD in Environmental Psychology, she has studied the benefits of spending time in nature for adults and children. Kathleen’s workshops are fun, welcoming and designed for beginners as well as those with experience.
