Things to know before you book

  • Bookings must be for a minimum of 3 hours. Please factor in time to set up and pack down the space, as there’s no access to the room outside the booking period.
  • Rooms must be packed down and left clean and tidy for the next user group, including taking out rubbish.
  • We don't offer technical assistance or venue support. You can find audio visual instructions in the room.
  • You may use the kitchen as part of your booking. Leave it clean and tidy at the end of your session and arrange your own catering and food safety permits if required.
  • If you'd like to inspect the spaces before you book, please make an appointment by calling 03 9278 4444 or emailing [email protected].
  • We don't take bookings for parties as the rooms aren't suitable.
  • You will need to pay $200 bond when you book a room.
  • Under certain circumstances when you cancel your booking, you may forfeit your hire fee and bond.
