Booking availability is limited during business hours.

The main hall at Kew Seniors Centre offers great meeting facilities and generous space for large meetings and workshops. 

We require 7 business days notice for new casual bookings. 

Room facilities

  • 120 chairs and 15 tables
  • AV equipment
  • HDMI cable
  • Heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans
  • Kitchen access via servery window
  • Skylight blinds.

As part of your booking you also have access to:

  • The main kitchen with stove, oven, commercial dishwasher and boiling water dispenser. You will need to arrange your own catering and food safety permits if required.
  • Outdoor patio.

There is no Wi-Fi available at this space.

Transport and parking

There is a small amount of 4-hour street parking along Childers Street.

The closest tram stop is stop no. 38 (Victoria Park / High St) on tram route 48.

Booking times

7 days a week including public holidays: 8 am to 10 pm.

Booking availability is limited during business hours.

Accessibility

There is one off-street accessible car park at the side of the Centre accessed via Childers Street. 

There is also a drop-off area at the front of the Centre accessed via High Street. 

An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor. The toilet includes a shower.

The Main Hall is located on the ground floor.

Booking terms and condition

  • You will need to read and accept our terms and conditions as part of your booking.
  • We don't take bookings for parties. 
  • Businesses and community groups must have a minimum of $20 million in public liability insurance. 
  • You must set up and pack up the room during your booking time. 
  • Rooms must be left clean and tidy including taking out rubbish.  
  • We don't offer technical assistance or venue support but we do provide instructions for the AV equipment in the rooms.
