Applications for the Community Services Triennial Grant are now closed. The next round will open in late 2024.
The Community Services Triennial Grant aims to strengthen Boroondara's community wellbeing and improve social capital.
The grant is open to incorporated, not-for-profit, community-based organisations that provide services to vulnerable members of the community.
The scope of services encompass three main areas:
- the provision of information, advice and referral services
- support and wellbeing services through individual, family and community support
- in-home parenting support and parenting skills groups (targeting parents with infants up to 12 months of age).
