Take out public liability insurance, if required

At least 2 months before the event.

When you submit your venue booking request, the Events Officer may instruct you to take out public liability insurance cover for the event period.

If so, you'll need to notify the insurer of the event date and declare the City of Boroondara as an interested party.

The insurer should issue you with a certificate of currency showing a minimum of $20 million coverage.
