We are committed to improving the wellbeing of our residents, and excited to be delivering a series of seminars called Boroondara Wellbeing Conversations this year. These interactive seminars offer community members an opportunity to learn about various health and wellbeing topics and connect with like-minded individuals.
Facilitated by local community members, each seminar will feature an expert speaker who will share their knowledge and experience on the subject. Attendees will have the chance to participate in meaningful conversations, gather practical tips and discuss strategies for maintaining their mental and physical wellbeing.
The seminars will be hosted in our libraries and are free to attend. Registrations are essential.
Upcoming seminars
A seminar about anxiety and the brain is scheduled for Tuesday 31 October at Hawthorn Library. Registration details will be available closer to the event date.
Further seminar details will be announced later in the year. We encourage you to check this page for updates in the coming months.
