Declaration of a road to be a public road pursuant to Part 3 Division 1, Section 11, Road Management Act 2004
Notice is hereby given that the section of land bounded by Ermington Place, 21 Ermington Place and 9 Hillcrest Avenue, Kew, being Volume 6951 Folio 060 and described as Lot 1 on TP 240068L and as shown hatched on the plan below be declared a public road pursuant to Part 3, Division 1, Section 11 of the Road Management Act 2004.
The declaration will be effective from 28 November 2024, the date of publication in the Government Gazette.
