Council is inviting submissions on the proposal to permanently close a section of Reserve Road. All written submissions must be received by 9 am Monday 31 August 2026.

How to participate

• Make a written submission:

  • complete the survey on paper - contact us for a copy
  • upload your own documents to the Your Say Boroondara website
  • email [email protected] with the subject “Submission - Proposal to close Reserve Road”
  • drop off your submission to the customer service counter at 8 Inglesby Road, Camberwell during business hours, Monday to Friday. Please label your envelope, “Submission - Proposal to close Reserve Road”.
• Make a verbal submission or have someone speak for you at a Services Delegated Committee meeting of councillors in September 2026. You can speak for up to 3 minutes.
