In accordance with Chapter 3 Rule 1 and Chapter 2 Rule 11 of the Governance Rules, I hereby give notice an Urban Planning Delegated Committee meeting is to be called commencing at 7:30 pm.

The business to be transacted will be to consider and discuss:

1. 138 Barkers Road, Hawthorn - Development Facilitation Program referral

2. Tree Protection Planning Controls - Outcomes of Public Consultation and Request for Authorisation

3. Victorian Government Activity Centre Program (Tranche 1) - precinct planning update
