Notice is hereby given that the section of land being part of common property No.1 on PS 612301Y and adjacent to Crescent Road, Glen Iris, and shown hatched on the plan below be declared a public road pursuant to Part 3, Division 1, section 11 of the Road Management Act 2004. The land will be known as part of Crescent Road, Glen Iris.

The declaration will be effective from the date of publication of this notice.
