On 16 March 2026, Council acquired the property located at 4/407 Camberwell Road, Camberwell and shown shaded red in the aerial image below. The Property is the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 9317 Folio 172, being Lot 4 on Registered Plan of Strata Subdivision No. 13251.
Council acquired the Property at market value, following a successful bid at public auction. The acquisition was made in accordance with a confidential Council resolution.
