Council is acquiring the land from Returned and Services League of Australia (Victorian Branch) Inc (‘RSL Victoria’) for $1.00 inclusive of GST. Council will be responsible for all transfer costs.
This notice is informational only and Council will proceed with the transfer after 4 weeks.
This notice is in line with section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy.
