To celebrate Women’s Health Week from 7 to 11 September, we are inviting all women in our community to join us for health and wellbeing events.
This week encourages women to ‘Do it anyway – taking small steps towards your health’ through movement, fuel, rest and connection. Join us for a week of free and low-cost events, including a masterclass with physiotherapist, menopause practitioner and integrative nutritionist Kath Tsebelis. This campaign is led by Jean Hailes for Women's Health, and the 2026 theme is ‘Do it anyway - taking small steps towards your health’.
