Progress continues on your new Kew Recreation Centre.

The structural steel installation is complete around the sports courts and warm water program pool areas. Mechanical ductwork is now going in across the ceiling spaces. The gutters are being installed, and roof sheeting will follow.  

Work has also started on the structural steel for the 25-metre and learn-to-swim pool areas, including the installation of large-span trusses.  

At the southern end of the site, the damaged slab has been demolished and removed, and the contractor is now reinstating it.
