Work is continuing steadily with progress across the site. Milestones this month include:
The walls and ceiling of the amenities area is complete. Work on the outside of the building is moving along well. The middle layer of the exterior panels is finished on the north side and almost finished on the south. The metal cladding on the northern side is starting to go up. Inside the sports courts, work is continuing to install the ceiling. Installation of rooftop solar panels is well underway.

Tiling has started.
Installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, including the electric heat pumps for the hot water supply, is progressing.
The concrete slab structure for the upper-level plant room has been poured. Fit out of the amenities block is underway.
In October 2024, WorkSafe Victoria charged ADCO Group Pty Ltd and façade subcontractor Colab Building Tech Pty Ltd under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 after the steel roof collapse. You can read more in WorkSafe Victoria’s statement.
