Construction update 

Construction is progressing well. This month, the following work was completed or started:

Sports courts

Installation of the timber flooring is underway. Work on the external walls is nearly complete. 

Warm water pool and spa, quiet studio and consult suites

Rendering of the ceiling is progressing well. Wall tiling works have started. 

25 metre and learn-to-swim pools

Installation of the roof sheeting is underway.  

Leisure pool, aqua play area, change rooms and party room

Installation of trusses for the roof is complete.   

Foyer and creche

Installation of the structural steel is finished and has been inspected and approved. Installation of the roof is now underway, as well as high-level services work. 

Fitness and gym areas 

Installation of structural steel has started in the western section. 

Carpark

Preparation work is continuing.
