Construction is continuing to progress well across the site, with several key areas moving into the next stage of work.
Plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning services are now being installed above the sports courts, as well as the warm-water pool and spa areas.
Structural steel installation is continuing around the 25-metre pool and the learn-to-swim pool.
Work is also progressing on reinstating the new concrete slab at the southern end of the site.
Construction will pause from mid-December and resume in mid-January 2026, in line with the industry-wide shutdown period.
