Our BooST program has returned – offering a subsidy of up to $2,000 to Boroondara home owners for energy upgrades at home.
The hugely successful first stage of the program helped 216 local households make energy-efficiency upgrades between March and May this year.
Heat-pump hot-water systems were the most popular choice for the subsidy, with 32% of households installing them.
The BooST program’s second stage, delivered with HP Energy, is now open!
Apply for a one-off discount to install low-cost, high-impact energy-efficiency and electrification upgrades. Eligible upgrades include insulation, draught-proofing, solar panels and batteries, induction cooktops, heat-pump hot-water systems and electric vehicle chargers.
The BooST program is an action in our Climate Action Plan, helping residents cut household emissions, improve energy efficiency and lower energy costs.
