Members enjoy fun exercises and cultural activities to maintain good physical, mental health and preservation of Vietnamese culture. Activities include: yoga, light exercise, Zumba Gold, lunches, events, choir, traditional dance, line dancing, table tennis, chess, excursions. Programming available on the website. Cost: $20 annual membership

We are a mixed group of seniors whose Club has monthly Monday meetings with a guest speaker. Other varied and interesting activities are also organised including dine-outs, excursions, theatre, films, walks, garden groups, caravan and cabin group, craft and conversation group, picnics. Come and enjoy the mental and physical benefits of gardening. Learn about gardening and the environment through practical demonstrations, presentations and trips to private and public gardens. Visit places of interest and meet like-minded people. We meet on the second Thursday of the month at 10 am. Many of our members are keen and curious travellers, and their journeys take them all over the world. Come and hear their stories, and perhaps share your own. Become a member of U3A Deepdene to access these and over 70 other courses and activities.

We offer courses in many different languages including - Mandarin, French, Italian and German. Classes are aimed at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. We also offer an 'English conversation class' for those for whom English is an Additional Language. You will need some English to join this friendly, supportive class.
