Promoting independence and engagement at your own pace in the twice-weekly day program that's designed for older people with cognitive impairment and mild dementia. Led by experienced staff and volunteers, this social support group program draws on strengths and interests of clients to build capacity and encourage independence.​​ Clients look forward to coming each week, enjoying time spent with friends and a variety of activities and entertainment.

Book a tennis court at Balwyn Community Centre for $20 per hour (casual rate). You do not need to be a member of the Centre to use the tennis court, noting that the tennis court does not have lights, so it is best to make your booking during daylight hours.

Improve core strength, balance and flexibility using weights, resistance bands & stretching techniques. This class is for older adults new to exercise or recovering from injury.

Come and swap your produce for free and meet other green thumbs in the community! All produce welcome including herbs, eggs, fruit, vegetables, honey, seedlings, flowers, compost or manure.

Books and magazines and other items are also welcome to be swapped Held on the third Sunday of the month.
