Pridmore Park is suitable for medium-to-large celebrations and social gatherings. Great for kids' birthday parties and riverside group picnics, this park features a fenced nature playground with a birds nest swing and climbing walls overlooking the Yarra River.

Bookings

You can book a grass area in the park for your exclusive use. 

You can apply to bring:

  • up to 40 chairs and 5 tables

You cannot bring a marquee, arbour or other shade structure.

Booking fees

SpaceFee
Alexandra Gardens, Canterbury Gardens, Surrey Gardens$170 per hour (includes exclusive use of the rotunda). Commercial hire fee $1800 per day.
Central Gardens, Wallen Road Reserve and Maranoa Botanic Gardens$170 per hour. Commercial hire fee $1800 per day.
All other parks and gardens$170 per 4-hour block. Commercial hire fee $1800.00 per day.
Event bondminimum $200

Booking times

7 days including public holidays.

April to October: 8 am to 6 pm.

November to March: 8 am to 8:30 pm.
