Room facilities

• 18 chairs
• Ceiling speakers
• Portable data projector with sound capability (Note: our in-built data projector is currently out of service)
• Whiteboard
• Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, boiling and chilled water, mugs, plates, glasses, teaspoons, serving platter and water jug
• Wi-Fi (library membership required).

You must bring your own:

• whiteboard markers
• dishwashing liquid
• tea towels.

Booking fees

We offer a subsidised fee for library meeting room bookings to eligible groups and individuals.

To be eligible, customers must be registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) or not make a profit for members or shareholders.

You may be asked to provide your ABN or other documentation to confirm your non-profit status.

Corporate and other for-profit customers are charged the standard rate.
