Please note: It may take several days for a Planning Permit application to appear in the register after it has been lodged with Council.

Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) to amend the existing planning permit PP16/01006

P876/2023 – 322-324 High Street, Ashburton

Application to amend planning permit PP16/01006 under the provisions of section 87A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (the Act). Section 87A of the Act allows for amendment applications to be lodged directly with VCAT, where the original permit was issued at the direction of VCAT.

The application seeks minor changes to the plans referred to in the permit and requires changes to the permit pre-amble and to Condition 1, Condition 3, Condition 22 and Condition 26 in accordance with the revised plans proposed to be endorsed.

P830/2023 – 21-27 Queens Avenue, Hawthorn 

Application to amend planning permit PP21/0610 under the provisions of section 87A of the Planning and Environment Act 1978 (the Act). Section 87A of the Act allows for amendment applications to be lodged directly with VCAT, where the original permit was issued at the direction of VCAT. The application seeks the deletion of the following conditions on permit PP21/0610:

  • Condition 16 - submission of engineering plans and computations for the approval of VicTrack and the Rail Operator;
  • Condition 18 - collaboration with the Rail Operator to understand safety requirements and conditions;
  • Condition 25 - pay the costs associated with the Rail Operator's review of the documents submitted under Condition 16.
