Road Management Plan

Our Road Management Plan explains how we manage, inspect and repair the roads we are responsible for. 

It clearly defines the:

• road assets we maintain for our community
• standards, policies and procedures we use to maintain our road assets
• processes we use to create the appropriate standards.

Note: The 2026 Road Management Plan comes into effect on 1 April 2026.

Road Management Plan review

We most recently reviewed our 2021 Road Management Plan at a Council meeting on 27 October 2025. We wrote a report that summarises the findings of our review. This review comes into effect on 1 April 2026.
