Women's bike confidence course

This course is for women who know how to ride (even if you're a bit wobbly) but don't feel confident using their bike to get around, or would like to expand the local trips they are doing.

Join our friendly instructors in a traffic-free setting where we will practice the skills that will build your confidence on wheels. Once we're all ready we will do a short ride on some quiet local roads where we get to put everything into practice on our way to a local cafe.

Light refreshments will give us the chance to discuss route planning, finding other people to ride with and answer all of your questions before a gentle ride back to our starting point.
