Seniors Exercise Park open day

Bookings open Monday 3 August.

We’re hosting a spring open day for older adults at the Seniors Exercise Park in Victoria Park.

It’s a great chance to improve your balance, strength and mobility with support from friendly volunteers.

You’ll be able to learn more about our free ‘Come and Try’ sessions.

If you know someone who could benefit from gentle exercise, this could be a good place to start.

Book a place in one of our 3 sessions at 10 am, 10:30 am or 11 am.

Stay afterward for a coffee and a free snack.
