Responsive settling is responding to your child’s need for comfort at the same time as you help them fall asleep. Sleep cycle, feed, play and sleep routine, sleep association, bedtime routine etc will be discussed.
In addition we will also talk about the INFANT program which aims to improve parents’ and carers’ knowledge and skills around healthy eating, active play, limiting screen time and, in turn, healthy growth from the start of life.
