Boroondara residents are invited to join a free tour to explore the Bio Gro organics facility and discover how Boroondara’s food and garden waste is transformed into compost as part of our Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) service.
You can see first-hand how your food and garden waste is processed with the chance to ask questions along the way.
The tour includes bus transport to and from the Bio Gro organics facility in Dandenong South, departing from the carpark opposite the Boroondara Council Offices. The carpark is at 3 Inglesby Road, Camberwell.
This tour is open only to Boroondara residents over the age of 18. The event is free, but registrations are essential as places are limited.
