The artists featured in ‘DISH’ delve into the ways food allows us to share stories, explore creativity and feel connectedness.About the artistLaetitia Olivier-Gargano is an emerging artist, currently based in Melbourne. She undertook research in Japan, learning how to make their iconic plastic food samples. Laetitia’s practice often involves ‘hyper-surrealistic’ resin cast sculpture, stop-motion animation and works on paper. ‘Share a Plate’ is an interactive artwork for all ages in the Hawthorn Arts Centre Explore and Create space.
