Cultural connections to wellbeing – Camberwell

Join us for a 40 minute session where we will explore mental health and wellbeing. The session aims to empower people to connect with the right support through Access Health and Community.

We will cover:

• common barriers that people from multicultural backgrounds face when seeking help
• what is mental health
• mental health and wellbeing support offered by Access Health and Community
• ways you can access these services at no cost and without needing a GP referral.

We are offering these sessions at a number of our library locations. The content discussed at these sessions will be the same. You do not need to attend all 4 events.
