Note work being undertaken to support future negotiations with the developer including:b. Independent architectural and urban design testing to better understand the shadow impacts associated with the approved development on the proposed public square and adjoining Council-owned land.Valuations in relation to the impact on Council-owned land.Write to the Minister for Planning and the permit holder drawing attention to Condition 40 of Planning Permit PA2604213 (which requires evidence to be provided demonstrating that the proposed vehicle access arrangements are legally permitted prior to the commencement of development).
