Under the direction of Conductor, Douglas Heywood OAM, an afternoon performance of ""Elijah"", a large-scale sacred oratorio by Felix Mendelssohn which tells the story of the biblical prophet Elijah, a work that’s dramatic and vivid, and is known for its strong sense of narrative, memorable melodies and emotional range.

For this major concert in our 2026 performance series, we’ll be joined by distinguished soloists:

Lee Abrahmsen – Soprano
Kerrie Bolton – Mezzo Soprano
Paul Biencourt – Tenor
Kiran Rajasingam – Bass.
