Beginner robotics with Edison

Make a robot play games with code!

Edison robotics kits allow students to control a mini-robot using various methods, from basic barcode scanning for pre-made actions, to Scratch and Python coding. 

Students in this workshop will be introduced to beginner coding in a fun way, allowing them to control the robots to complete various tasks and games.

This one-day workshop is best suited to children aged 8 to 12 years who are interested in technology. No prior experience required. 

Please bring lunch and a water bottle. Laptops will be provided, thanks to Metabox.

After the workshop, students and families are welcome to explore the rest of the museum at no extra charge.
