This course is for any adults who already ride but would like to improve their skills and strategies for riding on roads.
9 am to 11:30 am: The first part of the day will be in a traffic-free environment where we check all of our basic skills, and move onto those needed on the road. We'll be looking at and practising:
11:30 am to noon: Break and BYO lunch/snacks
Noon to 2 pm: We'll do a 2 hour on-road ride where everyone will get to practise the scenarios discussed in the morning, on local roads. This is a short ride with most of the 2 hours being spent practising skills and scenarios.
It’s possible to register for just the first part of the day and not do the on road component. Please be sure to select the session that finishes at 11:30 am when booking your ticket.
