This class focuses specifically on Sun style which is known for its smooth, flowing movements and its gentle postures. It is particularly helpful for arthritis. Benefits of tai chi include: Improved balance, muscle strength and flexibility Lower blood pressure, decreased inflammation Reduced stress and anxiety Chair Based Exercises - Life Activities Club Boroondara Days: Tuesday Every Tuesday, for a fee of $10, some members meet for some guided chair based exercises, staring at 10.00 am.
