Have fun and keep fit with this strength training class specifically designed to strengthen core muscles and improve overall fitness. Strength training can assist with chronic conditions such as arthritis, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and heart disease. It also improves balance and coordination reducing the risk of falling. No previous experience with gym or weights is necessary and each exercise is guided by our qualified instructor.
