We're inviting all women in our community to join us for health and wellbeing events to celebrate Women’s Health Week this September.
Women’s Health Week runs from 1 to 5 September Australia-wide. It encourages women and girls to prioritise their health and wellbeing. This campaign is led by Jean Hailes for Women's Health, and the 2025 theme is ‘Say yes to you’.
Get involved, get active and make connections in your community while learning important health and wellbeing tips. All fitness levels are welcome.
