Returning to Hawthorn Arts Centre this October, the expo can help you save money, make your home more comfortable and reduce emissions for a safer climate.

Thousands attended Electrify Boroondara’s first 2 expos to get practical advice about the benefits of electric homes and how to start making the switch. We’re proud to partner with Electrify Boroondara on this year’s expo, supporting local solutions to cut our carbon emissions.

At this free community event you can:

• try out the latest electric tech for yourself – from induction cooktop and wok cooking demos to e-bike trials
• chat with more than 50 exhibitors about heating and cooling, rooftop solar and batteries, heat-pump hot water, double-glazed windows, EV charging, insulation and how to transition off gas appliances
• stop by the Ask Me Anything hub, where you can learn how to read your power bill or ask an expert about electrification
• tune into talks and presentations to give you the knowledge to start the switch to electric in your life
• get the lowdown on government rebates to help reduce upfront costs, along with estimates of long-term cost savings and insights about the health benefits of all-electric homes

There’ll also be activities for children and food and drinks to refuel between events.

Whether you’re a home owner or renter, a student, empty-nester or a family household with children, there’s something for everyone.
