Boroondara’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey is now underway. This anonymous survey invites residents to share their views on Council’s performance across key services, including waste management, the appearance of public spaces and recreational facilities.

The feedback we receive plays an important role in helping Council understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve.

This year’s survey is being conducted by independent research partners Klein Research and TKW Research.

Residents may receive an invitation to participate either by telephone or through targeted social media advertising. Your privacy and security are our priority. Council does not provide or release any personal contact information for research purposes.

Phone surveys are conducted using an accredited third-party provider who maintain a database of phone numbers , and researchers will never request payment or any identifying information.

Please note that you should not receive calls from private or mobile numbers claiming to represent Council or our research partners.
