Discover the benefit of traditional yoga with modern insights. This session will focus on relaxation, breath awareness and mindfulness.
Designed for everyone, regardless of age, fitness or flexibility, you will leave the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Yoga is fun, effective and affirming.
For adults aged 18+ years.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
This session will be led by Susie, an experienced yoga teacher from the local YMCA.
