Join Access Health and Community for a 60-minute interactive session where together we will explore mental health and wellbeing.

As part of Neighbourhood House Week, it’s all about helping our community feel supported, connected​ and confident to reach out when they need a hand.

• the common challenges people from multicultural backgrounds face when seeking help
• what “mental health” really means
• your rights and responsibilities when using services
• privacy and confidentiality
• easy ways to access free support without needing a GP referral.
