Supporting anxious children information session - primary school ages

Parents and carers of primary school aged children are invited to attend this free online information session. 

Presented by Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria, this session will cover:

• understanding anxiety and normal childhood development
• identifying signs and symptoms in your children
• types of anxiety disorders
• what's helpful and what's not helpful
• methods and strategies to support your children
• where to go for more information and support.

This session is delivered in partnership with Boroondara, Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges Councils.
