Starting solid foods – 4 to 8 months

At this online workshop you'll learn about:

• starting solids – when, what, how and why
• making mealtimes safe and happy for the whole family
• offering allergen foods
• avoiding fussy eaters in the future.

The session is run by a Boroondara Maternal Child Health nurse.
