13-year-old Charlie Wu is one of Australia’s finest young piano talents, having performed concertos with professional orchestras in Moscow, Geneva and in South Carolina, USA where he recently won 3rd Prize in the prestigious Hilton Head International Piano Competition.
In 2025 Charlie also won 1st Prize in the 2025 Concours International Genève Musicale in Switzerland, and in 2025 he also won the Boroondara Open Age Piano Concerto Competition, where he performed Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No 3 with Melbourne Camerata.
Charlie will play virtuoso and lyrical works by Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt.
