Online - Sleep and Settling - Babies 6 to 12 months (Mandarin)

Through the Maternal and Child Health Sleep and Settling initiative, we are providing support and information for parents on the common patterns for sleep and settling of their young babies, 6 months to 12 months of age.  

During this online session, a consultant will cover areas such as:

• age-specific development
• normal sleep patterns
• ways to deal with sleep difficulties
• information about your wellbeing

There will be the opportunity to discuss sleeping concerns and to receive information on sleep and settling resources.
